These plates were handcrafted by our artisan ceramicists in Thailand, using a mixture of clay from the Maerim district in Chiang Mai and Lampang (northern Thailand). These ceramics were fired and reduced at 1250°C in a gas kiln, and finished with a feldspathic matte white glaze. 

Each piece is handmade and high-fired to ensure durability. As such, due to the nature of the handmade process, there may be a slight variation in the size and colors of the finished products. No two pieces are exactly the same. 

The muted designs and textures of these plates make them perfect for everyday use.

Care Instructions

This piece is designed for everyday use, and is microwave and food safe. However, please do not put these dishes directly on the stove.

While they are also dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing these dishes.

As sudden changes in temperature can result in cracking, please avoid directly moving your dish from a cold environment (i.e. fridge) to a hot one (i.e. oven), and vice versa. Similarly, please avoid adding cold liquid to a hot dish, or adding hot liquid to a cold dish.
