Shipping and Deliveries

Do you ship internationally?

At this point in time, KANE Wares does not ship internationally, but we’re working hard for this to be available in the near future!

What is your delivery policy like?

At this point in time, KANE Wares only supports domestic deliveries within Singapore.

We provide island-wide delivery in Singapore — our standard delivery window is within 5 to 7 working days, and you will be notified in advance of your delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

KANE Wares offers free standard shipping for all Singapore orders over S$‌180, otherwise, orders under S$180 will be charged a flat fee of S$10 for domestic deliveries.

Free shipping is based on your total order after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.

Your Orders

How can I track the status of my order?

We’ll send an email confirmation to your registered email address as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for the delivery details to be updated.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at info@kanewares.com and we’ll check on its status right away.

Can I cancel my order?

To better serve you, KANE Wares starts processing your orders as soon as they are placed. As such, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made.

If you made an error at checkout, please reach out to info@kanewares.com for help.

What is your return policy like?

KANE Wares respectfully does not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind about an item you've purchased. If you made an error while checking out, please contact us at info@kanewares.com immediately.

While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@kanewares.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and provide a photo of the damaged product. If the product is deemed to be damaged, we will either replace the item for you (depending on availability) or reimburse you with store credit. Please note that store credits will be issued based on the net amount paid after discount. Delivery costs are excluded and non-refundable.

Please note that upon receiving your order, you acknowledge that your KANE Wares goods received are in good condition and not defective or damaged. 

Our Rewards Program

How do I sign up for your rewards program?

Simply create an account with us! You can either click on this link or the 'Account' icon on the top right hand corner. Once you have created an account with us, you'll be able to earn points and redeem them for exciting rewards.

How do I start earning points?

Whenever you make a purchase via our online store, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

You can also earn points when you create an account (+25 points), or follow us on Instagram (+20 points)!

How do I redeem my points?

For every 100 points redeemed, you earn $1 off your entire order. So for example, if you have 500 points, you can redeem this for $5 off your total order.

To view and redeem your point balance, click on the 'Rewards' pop-up tab on the bottom left of our website. Once you sign in, you should be able to view your point balance and the option to redeem via the Rewards pop-up menu.
